Indenture between Henry Stere of Marridge, Devon, on the first part and Philip Scobboll, James During and Hugh During, sons of John During of Staverton, Devon, on the other part, stating the lease for 42 years by Henry Stere to Philip Scobboll and James and Henry During, for 20 shillings and at the yearly rent of 3 pence, of half of the manor of Staverton with appurtenances and house and a parcel of land, which Henry Stere has in tenure for the term of 43 years.
