Indenture between Richard Sture of Morley, Devon, and William Newton of Harberton, Devon, stating the lease to William Newton for 80 years of half of the lands and tenements called 'Cheswill' in the parish of Ugborough, Devon, whose reversion was granted to Richard Sture and John Sture, his brother, sons of Philip Sture, deceased, for the term of their lives for which they paid £4 annually, starting after the death of Philip Sture and Philippa, his wife, by Agnes Sayntaubyn, in date 5 November 1563.
Witnesses: John Gaie, Thomas Devell, Salomon Putt and John Monage.
