Indenture between Edmond Sture of Bradley, Devon on the first part and Henry Stert of Woodley, Devon, and Arthur Hurrell son of Edward Hurrell of Woodley, stating the grant by Edmond Sture to Henry Stert for the term of his life and after his death to Arthur Hurrell, for the term of his life, of lands and tenements with appurtenances in Lupridge, in the parish of North Huish, Devon, except a house and an acre of land in occupation of John Paver and parcels of land in occupation of William Northcott. Henry Stert has paid £25 and shall pay 30 shillings per year. Letter of attorney to Stephen Curclyff and Martin Stert. One seal and one missing.
