Indented final concord between Philip Sture, querent and James Courtney and Christine, his wife, deforcients, concerning the manor of Courtysknoll with appurtenances and 6 messuages, 6 gardens, a mill, 300 acres of land, 40 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 20 acres of woodland, 20 acres of moorland, 20 acres of marshland, 100 acres of heath and 6 shillings of yearly revenue with appurtenances in Courtysknoll, Gare, Clyffe and Diptford. James and Christine Courtney acknowledge that the lands belong to Philip Sture and for the quitclaim, acknowledgement and final concord they receive £100.
