Indenture between Agnes Sentalbon, widow and Nicholas Megges on the first part and Laurence Megges on the second part, stating that a fine shall be levied on the manor of 'Yendecote' with appurtenances and on lands and tenements in Ugborough and Crediton. The lands shall stay in the use of Agnes Sentalbon and after her death in the use of Laurence Megges and Anne his wife and their heirs.
Witnesses: Robert Devenish, Edward Moger, William Emmyth and others.
