Indented final concord between Philip Sture, plaintiff and Nicholas and Laurence Megges and Anne, his wife, concerning a tenement, a toft, a garden, 60 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, 2 acres of woodland and 10 acres of moorland with appurtenances in Chiswill and Ugborough. Nicholas, Laurence and Anne Megges acknowledge that the lands belong to Philip Sture and for the quitclaim, acknowledgement and final concord they receive £80.
