Indenture between Tristan Sture of Marridge, Devon, and Oliver Edgecomb of Ugborough, Devon, stating the lease by Tristan Sture to Oliver Edgecomb for 99 years of a tenement with appurtenances in Corswill alias Corfield, Ugborough, Devon, except 5 closes of land. Oliver Edgecomb has paid £60 and shall pay 20 shillings per year. The tenement was granted by Philip Sture of Bradley, to John Edgecomb, of Modbury, Devon, to Oliver Edgecomb and Elizabeth Foxford, John Foxford's wife, for the term of their lives.
Witnesses: James Cowne, James Cawsie and Henry Edgecombe.
