Indented final concord between William Wychehalse, Querent, and John Holdyche and Robert Markaunte, deforcients, concerning a tenement, 2 gardens, 20 acres of land, 2 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, 3 acres of woodland and 3 acres of moorland with appurtenances in Ferley, Diptford, Corswill and Ugborough, and the third part of a tenement with appurtenances in Corswill and Ugborough. John Holdyche and Robert Markaunt acknowledge that the lands belong to William Wychehalse and they receive for the quitclaim and final concord £40.
