Description

Indented grant by John Price, esquire, of Egloisegle, Denbigh, to Richard Harbert of Montgomery, Richard Harbert of Myvod, Edward Theloal of Plasward and Matthew Harbert of Dolgiog, esquires, of manors, messuages, tenements, mills, meadows, pastures, woods, under-woods, waste grounds, revenues, services, rents, commodities, easements, hereditaments with appurtenances in Denbigh and Montgomery. The conditions of the grant are specified in the attached schedule. Letter of attorney by John Price to Henry Price, his son and Richard Vaughan, of Trevedrid.

Endorsed: memorandum of the delivery of the lands by the attorneys of John Price to Edward Theloal. Witnesses: Henry Price, Richard Vaughan, Richard Mytton, Jeremy ap Hoell ap Jeremy, Edward ap John ap Ed of Rilken and Robert Owens. Memorandum of the delivery of the lands by Richard Vaughan, attorney to Richard Harbert. Witnesses: William Lluyde, Richard Herbert, Henry Gruffythe, Geoffrey Thurny and John Davies.
