Description

Indented grant by John Gybon of Benenden, Kent to Henry Gybon, his brother and Alice, his wife of a messuage, a barn, a garden and several pieces of land, meadow, pasture, wood and marsh with appurtenances in Iden, Sussex, in occupation of Thomas Smyth and John Yonge and containing, by estimation, 10 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow, 12 acres of pastures, 3 acres of wood and 48 acres of marsh with appurtenances. John Gybon recovered in the Court of Common Pleas (Trinity Term 1564) the said lands against Henry Gybon and Alice. SIgnature and seal of John Gybon.
