Indented final concord between Thomas Hill, plaintiff and James Holden, Katherine, his wife, and George Lyon, defendants, concerning 2 messuages 1 barn, 2 gardens, 2 orchards, 30 acres of land, 7 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, and 60 acres of woodland with appurtenances in Woodford and Chigwell, James Holden, Katherine and George Lyon acknowledge that the messuages belong to Thomas Hill and for the acknowledgment and quitclaim he has paid to them 120 pounds. Justices: Henry Hobarte, peter Warburton and Humphrey Winche and others.
