Indenture between George Lyon, esquire, of Roxby, Lincolnshire, and Francis Cheyney, yeoman, of Chigwell, Essex, stating the lease for 21 years by George Lyon to Francis Cheyney of a messuage called Munckham in Woodford, Essex, in the tenure of Richard Price, with yards, orchards, barns, stables, edifices, buildings, with appurtenances and several fields of arable land, pasture and meadow. Francis Cheyney shall pay 37 pounds per year.
Witnesses: John Jey, John Lyon and Austin Hinde.
Endorsed: 'A lease from George Lyon to Francis Cheney for xxj years begynninge from michaelmas in the viij year of kinge James rent xxxvij li to be paid halfe yearelie or within 30 daies'.
