Indenture between Thomas Brynd of Wanborough, Wiltshire, gentleman, and Alexander Staples of Marlborough, Wiltshire, gentleman, stating the release by Thomas Brynd to Alexander Staples, for £180 pounds, of his rights and claims on messuages, meadows, lands, tenements, feedings, pastures and appurtenances in Wanborough, sold by Thomas Brynd to Alexander Stables by an indenture dated 18 December 1571, with the condition, stated by another indenture between them, that if Thomas Brynd paid £40 pounds per year for 10 years to Alexander Stables, the sale was void. If Thomas Brynd keeps, observes and performs all the covenants of the new indenture, a bond between them, for £160 pounds due to Alexander Staples, shall be void.
