Indented award by John Ayshcombe of Lyford, Berkshire, esquire, sheriff of Berkshire and John Blacknall of Abigdon, Berkshire, esquire, arbitrators in the controversy between John Fisher of Fernham, Berkshire, gentleman, and Francis Younge of Buckland, Berkshire, gentleman, concerning a portion of the goods and chattels of Arthur Lewes, deceased. They order the payment by Francis Younge to John Fisher of £52, for unlawfully detaining the goods of Arthur Lewes, and the payment by John Fisher to Francis Younge of £32 pounds for failing to maintain the widow of Arthur Lewes.
