Indenture between Arthur Lewes of Fernham, Berkshire, gentleman, and Thomas Evans, of Chipping Farringdon, Berkshire, baker, stating the lease to Thomas Evans, for 21 years, of a messuage with appurtenances in the Port of Farringdon, with houses, edifices, gardens, orchards, backsides, profits, commodities, easements and hereditaments. Thomas Evans shall pay 46s. 8d. per year and maintain and repair the premises and build a loft with timber delivered to him by Arthur Lewes. Mark and seal of Thomas Evans.
