Indenture between Matthew Brodley of Halifax, Yorkshire, gentleman, and William Boles of Newton Bushell, Devonshire, gentleman, stating the lease for 7 years to William Boles of the Mansion house called "Fitzford" in Tavistock, Devon, with appurtenances, houses, edifices, buildings, stables, orchards, ways, waters and easements. William Boles pays yearly £16 and he shall repair and maintain the mansion house.
Witnesses: Peter Russell and Nicholas Glanville.
