Quitclaim by William Courtney of Trethurf, Cornwall, to Peter Courtney, his Majesty's ward, of all rights and claims on all manors, lands, tenements and hereditaments possessed by Edward Courtney, Peter's father, at the time of his death, except the lands that William Courtney bought from him, according to an order of the Court of Ward and Liveries, dated 20 June 1632.
