Indenture between Edward Blawe, alderman of Lincoln, Richard Blawe of Potterhanworth, Lincolnshire, clerk, George Walker of the close of Lincoln, gentleman, George Riggs of Edenstow, Nottinghamshire, clerk, and Richard Johnson of Perlethorpe, Nottinghamshire, yeoman, on one part and Thomas Styrroppe of the Close of Lincoln, gentleman, on the other part, stating the lease for 80 years (if they live so long) by Edward Blawe, Richard Blawe, George Walker, George Riggs and Richard Johnson of the manor and rectory of Edenstowe that they had from Thomas Styrroppe and that he had from the dean and the chapter of the cathedral church of the Blessed Mary of Lincoln. Thomas Styrroppe has to pay to them 1 peppercorn per year.
