Obligation between Rachel Stantor of Newcourt, Hereford, and James Turbervile of Sutton, Glamorgan, for £6, 000. Condition of the obligation is that if Rachel Stantorn, who is going to marry Lewis Thomas, of Bettws, Glamorgan, lives longer then her future husband, she shall not claim any rights on any other of the lands of Lewis Thomas except the ones he has granted to Robert Hoxton, of Witham, Somerset, Thomas Morgan, of Maghan, Monmouth, James Turbevile and William Thomas of Eglwisilan, Glamorgan, including messuages, houses, edifices, buildings, mills, gardens, orchards, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, woods and under-woods, and hereditaments with appurtenances in Glyn Corwg, Michaelston super Avon, Aberavon, Llantwitt near Neath, Baghan and Loughor, Glamorgan, to the use of Lewis Thomas, Rachel Stantor and their heirs.
