Indenture between Fulk Haselwood of Wick, Worcestershire, esquire, and Dorothy, his wife, on one part and William Bratt, son of Giles Bratt, of Wick, yeoman, Alice Sklycer, daughter of Robert Sklycer of Aston on Carrant, Gloucestershire, and Giles Bratt, the younger, son of Giles Bratt, on the other part, stating the demise by Fulk Haselwood and Dorothy to them of the manor of Wick, lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, profits, and hereditaments, occupied by Giles Bratt, the elder, they pay 42s. 3d. per year. After the decease of William Bratt and Alice Sklycer the lands shall go to Giles Bratt the younger. Moreover a fine shall be levied from one messuage, garden, orchard, 180 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture 10 acres of heath with appurtenances in Wick and Parshow, Worcestershire on behalf of John Ashewell and Robert Hannes. Letter of attorney by Fulk and Dorothy to Robert Sklycer and Matthew Sageman.
Witnesses: Robert Bratt, Matthew Sageman, John Traves and John Skynner.
Endorsed: memorandum of the delivery of the lands, witnesses: Robert Bratt, Henry Peynter and John Skynner.
