Indenture of sale by William Flower of Escott, in the parish of Urchfont, Wiltshire, gentleman, to James Hulbert of Corsham, Wiltshire, gentleman, for £700, of the manor of Escott in Escott and Urchfont, Wiltshire, woods, meadows, arable lands, pastures, feedings, common pastures, common ways, waters, fishing, drovers, profits, commodities, hereditaments and appurtenances.

[Endorsed] Witnesses: Charles Tooker and George Brereton.
