Final concord made at Westminster before Edward Coke, Peter Warburton, Humphrey Winche and Austin Nicolls, justices, between James Hulbert, plaintiff, William Flower and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, relating to 1 messuage, 1 garden, 1 orchard, 200 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 30 acres pasture, 20 acres of woodland and common pasture with appurtenances in Escott and Urchfont, Wiltshire. William Flower and Elizabeth acknowledge that the lands belong to James Hulbert and for the acknowledgment, quitclaim and warrant Hulbert pays £120.
