Description

Final concord made at Westminster before Thomas Walmysley, Peter Warburton, William Danyell and Thomas Coventrye, justices, between Sir John Dauntesey, plaintiff, and James Baskervyle and Eleanor, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage, 60 acres of land, 13 acres of meadow, 135 acres of pasture and 4 acres of woodland with appurtenances in Escott, Wiltshire. James and Eleanor acknowledge the lease of the manor to John for 40 years at the yearly rent of £20 pounds, for the term of Eleanor's life. John Dauntesey paid to them £200.

Endorsed: "Wiltes' inter Johem Dauntesey militem q'" "Finalis concordia inter Johannem Dauntesey et Jacobum Baskervile".
