Indenture tripartite between Sir Thomas Gresham, of Osterley, Middlesex, Anne, his wife, on the first part, and Anthony Strynger, gentleman, and Thomas Ceely, on the other part, stating that a fine shall be levied from the manor of Hemsby, Winterton, East Somerton, Ormesby and Scratby, Norfolk, with the advowson of the vicarage of Hemsby, according to an indenture quadripartite dated 2 January 1570 between Sir Nicholas Bacon and Sir Thomas Gresham for the marriage of Nathaniel Bacon, son of Nicholas Bacon and Anne.
Witnesses: Roger Manwood, Lionel Duckett, William Lond and Edward Lucas.
Endorsed: "An indenture of Mr. bacon Anne his wife 1 Sept 12 Eliz"
