Letter of attorney by the mayor, bailiffs and burgesses of Beaumaris to Roland Kenrike and Richard Thomas to deliver to Richard Bulkeley a messuage called the Olde Place, with appurtenances, boundaries are listed, with houses and buildings called the Olde Stables, a garden, 32 virgates in longitude and 6 in latitude, a messuage with room and kitchen, a cottage, 3 houses, a small room called le Baye, a common pasture called 'Rhos Yfranches', in Beaumaris, according to an indenture between them dated 10 May 1568.
Dated at Beaumaris.
Endorsed: note of the delivery of the lands to Richard Bulkeley in date 12 May 1568.
