Description

Letter of attorney by the mayor, bailiffs and burgesses of Beaumaris to Roland Kenrike and Richard Thomas to deliver to Richard Bulkeley a messuage called the Olde Place, with appurtenances, boundaries are listed, with houses and buildings called the Olde Stables, a garden, 32 virgates in longitude and 6 in latitude, a messuage with room and kitchen, a cottage, 3 houses, a small room called le Baye, a common pasture called 'Rhos Yfranches', in Beaumaris, according to an indenture between them dated 10 May 1568.

Dated at Beaumaris.

Endorsed: note of the delivery of the lands to Richard Bulkeley in date 12 May 1568.

Witnesses: Roland Hykyns, Thomas ap Jeremiah, William Brodard, William Shringley, George Gryffyth, Hugh Ockeley, David ap William ap Jeremiah ap John, Richard Benet, Thomas Taylor, Robert ap Ithell, Richard Nixon, William Watkin and signature of Roland Kenrik and Richard Thomas, attorneys.

Seal of the town of Beaumaris and signatures of Hugh Goodman, mayor, and Richard Johnson and William Sharrowe, bailiffs.
