Indenture between the mayor, bailiffs and the burgesses of Beaumaris and Richard Bulkeley, esquire, concerning the sale for £60 to Richard Bulkeley of land called 'Maesbryneryr', in Bryneryr in Llanvres, land called 'Kingeswoode alias Coydcadow', with trees and woods, 2 meadows called 'Gweirglothier Castell', (details given), and a pond with fishery called 'le Weresubtus le Grene'. Richard Bulkeley pays rent of £4 per year.
