Description

Indenture between William Brereton of Brereton, Cheshire, esquire, and Sir Richard Bulkeley of Beaumaris, Anglesey, by which Brereton grants to Richard Bulkeley a yearly revenue of 2s. from 1 acre of land and wood with appurtenances called Bulkeley Banke in Stanthorne, Cheshire, according to an indenture between them dated 20 August 1577.

Witnesses: Edward Brereton, William Sniethwik and Edmund Gamage.
