Letter of attorney by the mayor, bailiffs and burgesses of Beaumaris to Roland Kenrike and Richard Thomas to deliver lands, tenements, pastures, called 'Maes Brumeriz' in Bryn Eryr in Llanvaes, Beaumaris, Anglesey, lands, tenements and pasture called le Kingeswood alias Coydcadow in Beaumaris, and all the woodlands and under-woods, in 2 meadows called 'Gwerglother Castell' in Beaumaris, boundaries are listed, to Richard Bulkeley, esquire, son and heir of Richard Bulkeley, according to an indenture between them dated 9 May 1568.
