Description

Letter of attorney by the mayor, bailiffs and burgesses of Beaumaris to Roland Kenrike and Richard Thomas to deliver lands, tenements, pastures, called 'Maes Brumeriz' in Bryn Eryr in Llanvaes, Beaumaris, Anglesey, lands, tenements and pasture called le Kingeswood alias Coydcadow in Beaumaris, and all the woodlands and under-woods, in 2 meadows called 'Gwerglother Castell' in Beaumaris, boundaries are listed, to Richard Bulkeley, esquire, son and heir of Richard Bulkeley, according to an indenture between them dated 9 May 1568.

Dated at Beaumaris.

Endorsed: note of the delivery of the lands on 12 May 1568. Witnesses: Roland Hyckins, Thomas ap David, Lewis Robertts, George Gryffyth, William Shyghye, Richard Nixon, Thomas Tylor, Richard ap Ithell, William Watkin, Richard Benett, David ap William ap Jeremiah ap John and Hugh Ockeley, holographic signatures of Roland Kenrik and Richard Thomas, attorneys.

Seal of the town of Beaumaris and signatures of Hugh Goodman, mayor, and Richard Johnson and William Sharrowe, bailiffs.
