Dated at Ashley on 25 March 1303. Copy of final concord held at Chester before Hugh de Andelegh [Audley], justice of Chester, Ralph de Vernon, senior, Hamon de Mascy, Hugh de Dutton, William Baydell, William de Baggelegh, William de Madberlegh, John de Legh and Richard de Fouleshurst and others, between Roger de Cheadle and Matilda, his wife, plaintiffs, and Robert de Cheadle, defendant, by which Roger and Matilda grant the manors of Cheadle and Clifton, with appurtenances, 20 acres of land with appurtenances in Hale, half of the manor of Timperley, the third part of the manor of [] Runcorn and the advowson of the church of Cheadle, all Cheshire to Roger, and he returns them entailed on the heirs of their body. Dated 23 February 1318. 1 membrane.
