Indented grant by Nicholas son of William de Bulkelegh [Bulkeley] to Ralph le Maynwaryng [Mainwaring] and Margery, his wife for the term of her life, of 2 parts of the land, tenements and revenues in Middlewich, Cheshire, granted to him by Richard de Vernon and Hugh le Mon, chaplains, for the rent of £7 per year. The third part of the land is already held by Margery as her dowry, and, after her death, it pertains to Nicholas, and he grants it to Ralph de Maynwaryng and he has to pay to him, after her wife's death £3 13s. 4d. per year.
