Indenture between John de Birchel and Rose widow of Roger Dovan of Timperley by which John de Birchel grants to Rose the land that William de Birchel had from Roger Dovan and a house, as dowry, for the term of her life. She has to pay 1 penny per year or a pair of white gloves.
Witnesses: William de Macy, Richard de Hermitage, William de Larninton, William de Baggeley, Matthew de Hale, Henry de Birchel and many others. Missing seal.
