Description

Copy of a warrant from Edward, prince of Wales, to the sheriff of Cheshire, reciting earlier proceedings in the Chester court on 21 September 1351 concerning a debt of £160 owed by Robert de Bulkylegh [Bulkeley] of Austerson (Alstanston), [Cheshire], William de Praers, Philip de Egerton, Henry de Beston, Robert de Bulkylegh of Woodworth (Otworth), [Cheshire], and Patrick de Larkerton to John de Hardeshull and Margaret, his wife. Followed by a copy of the record of the court held on 11 March 1354. One seal.
