Receipt from Thomas, son of Thomas de Whelok, for 100s paid to him by William de Bulkylegh [Bulkeley] of Cheadle (Chedul), [Cheshire], John de Alseiour and Thomas del Dome, in part payment of the £20 owed to him, according to a bond between them.

Dated at Middlewich. Partial seal of Thomas de Whelok.
