Indented grant by John Tochet, rector of Middlewich, [Cheshire] to John Noteman and his wife Agnes, for term of their lives, of all those messuages, lands, tenements, rents and services which he has in Middlewich by the gift and enfeoffment of the same John Noteman, with remainder after their deaths to Thomas de Croxton.
Witnesses: Hugh de Swetenham, William le Crouther, William de Croxton, Robert Warihull, Richard Burgeiz [Burgess], and many others.
