Record of an assize of novel disseisin held before Roger de Kirketon and Roger de Fulthorpe, justices of assize in Lancashire, on a complaint that Richard de Merland of Warrington and Richard de Lymme dispossessed Henry de Mareschall of Manchester of ten messuages, 14 acres of land and 2 acres of meadow in Warrington, [Lancashire]. The jurors were found to be unreliable, and the case was postponed until 18 March.
