Description

Grant by Richard le Vernon and Hugh le Mon, chaplains, to Margery, widow of Richard de Bulkylegh [Bulkeley] of Cheadle [Cheshire], for the term of her life, of all those lands, tenements, rents and services which they had in feoffment from her late husband in Timperley, Church Hulme (Hulme iuxta Davenport), Middlewich, Newton by Middlewich, Sutton by Occleston, Occleston, Whatcroft, Tetton and Little Stanthorne [Cheshire], except for the 20 marks of land in Middlewich assigned for life to Nicholas, brother of Richard. Witnesses: Richard de Venables, knight, Robert le Grosvenour [Grosvenor], knight, and John le Maynwaryng [Mainwaring]. Dated at Middlewich. Seals of Richard le Vernon and Hugh le Mon.
