Description

Indented grant by John del Holt to John de Lucteburg, for fourteen years, of a yearly rent of 5s 4d from lands in Newton that Lucteburg holds from John del Holt (details given). For this, Lucteburg is to pay Holt one pair of white gloves each year. Witnesses: William de Preers, sheriff of Cheshire, Richard, lord of Croxton, Alexander de Baynvile, William de Bostok, Thomas de Wevere [Weaver], Hugh de Tywe, Gilbert Dodefyn, William Saxy, clerk, and others. One seal.
