Indented grant by Richard Bulkeley, bachelor in law, and John Aldelem, rector of Beaumaris [Anglesey], feoffees of lands and tenements of William Bulkeley of Cheadle [Cheshire], to Ranulph Huls of Middlewich, of one messuage with garden in Middlewich (boundaries listed). For this he is to pay an annual rent of 10s, and provide a reliable reaper for one day at harvest time, or 3d. Witnesses: William Venables of Kinderton [Cheshire], esquire, Charles Maynwaryng [Mainwaring], Thomas Spenser, Robert Turnok, Thomas Wright, and many others. Seal of Ranulph Huls.
