Grant in free marriage by Hugh de Bello Campo [Beauchamp] to Robert de Chetles and Helen, Hugh's niece, of five virgates of land in Sandy (Sandeia) [Bedfordshire]. If they cannot warrant the land, he and his heirs will give them its value in exchange. Witnesses: Osbert de Bae, Ralph de Norfolc, Robert de Bello Campo, William the chaplain, Ralph de Karun, Eon de Arguges, Stephen the clerk, Robert Flemish, Stephen Moysi, Bartholomew the monk, Hugh Malerbe, Richard de Delewie, Adam the clerk, Miles the fisherman, Walter de Watfeid, Adam Fannel, Clement de Wich, and many others.
