Description

Grant by Nicholas, son of Mary de le Chanonis, to John de Locheborhe, of all his land in Middlewich [Cheshire] (location given), at an annual rent of one barbed arrow per year to Nicholas and 4d to the king. For this grant, John has already paid Nicholas 2½ marks. Witnesses: William de Venablis [Venables], William de Bostok [Bostock], Matthew de Crawnach [Cranage], Thomas Malbul, Richard Golde, William Faber, Thomas Craket, William son of Herbert, and many others.
