Indented grant by William Baskervile, son of William Baskervile of Bostock [Cheshire], and Agnes, his wife, to Thomas Wright of Middlewich (Medio Wico) [Cheshire], of two plots of land in Bostock, called 'Dichefelde' and 'Bothumfelde' (boundaries and locations given), paying an annual rent of one red rose for the first twenty-one years, and four marks thereafter. Appointment of Thomas Bostock as their attorney to deliver seisin. Witnesses: George Swethenham of Middlewich, Adam Bushell of Middlewich, Peter Ayr of Middlewich, John Snelston of Middlewich, and others. Seal of Thomas Wright.
