Indented final concord between Geoffrey of Cheadle, plaintiff, and Richard de Stockport defendant about lands in Cheadle: Geoffrey de Cheadle grants 40 acres of land in Etchells, Cheshire, to Richard de Stockport out of the 52 acres of land that Richard gave to him, and Richard has to pay to Geoffrey yearly 20s. Richard also grants to Geoffrey the right to cut timber from his wood in Etchells, for the remaining 12 acres of land.
