Grant by Richard de Vernon and Hugh le Mon, chaplains, to Margery, wife of the late Richard de Bulkylegh (Bulkeley), of Cheadle, Cheshire, of lands, tenements, revenues and services with appurtenances in Whatcroft, Cheshire, that were granted to them by Sir Nicholas de Vernon. After the death of Margery the properties revert to the right heirs of Richard de Bulkeley.
Dated at Whatcroft.
Witnesses: Sir Richard de Venables, Sir Robert le Grosuenior and John le Maynwaring.
