Description

Grant by John son of Gilbert the chaplain to John de Luctburgh of his lands in Middlewich with appurtenances. John de Luctburgh paid 3 marks for the grant and he has to pay 3s. per year to the lord of Brereton and one rose to John, son of Gilbert.

Witnesses: Richard de Croxton, Thomas de Wevere, William de Bostoc, Richard Golde, Thomas Malbol, William son of Roger son of Alexander, Robert le Hore, Thomas Craket and others.
