Grant by Gilbert son of Richard Dodefyn, to John de Luctoburch, of a yearly rent of 2s. that he used to receive from William son of Matthew de Cramache for lands in Middlewich. John de Luctoburgh has already paid to him 20s., and he has to pay yearly one silver halfpenny.
Witnesses: Sir William de Venables, Sir Ralph de Vernon, Robert Grosso, then sheriff of Chester, Hugh de Tywe, Thomas Malbol, Richard Golde, William the smith, Thomas Craket, William Clerk and others.
