Description

Indented grant by Hugh, son of William Swan of Middlewich to John son of William Cholmondeley, and Felicia, his wife, of a plot of land with buildings and appurtenances in Middlewich (details given) after Felicia's death the lands shall return in possession of Roger, son of Richard de Bulkilegh (Bulkeley).

Dated at Middlewich.
