Indenture between John de Honford and Richard, his son, on one part, and Hamo de Aschelegh (Ashley) and those who are bounded in a bond of £100 on the other part, stating that after the divorce between Richard de Honford and Helen, his wife, Richard shall have all the revenues from the lands in Ashley, and all the chattels and real estates, along with the lands and tenements in Middlewich, [Church] Hulme, Cheadle, Newton and Timperley, all Cheshire, as in the condition of the obligation of £100 between them.
