Description

Final concord before William Trussel, justice of Chester, Sir Ralf de Vernon, Sir Hugh de Venables, Sir John de Arden, Sir William de Brerton, William Gerard, William de Praers, Richard de Fonleshurst, John de Legh and others of the county of Chester, between Nicholas de Baggelegh and Emma, his wife, plaintiffs, and Hamon de Edeslegh, defendant, concerning one messuage, 100 acres of land, 2 acres of meadow, and 5 acres of wood in Cheadle with appurtenances. Hamon acknowledges that the lands belong to Nicholas and Emma, and they pay to him £10.

Witnesses: William Truffel, Ralf de Vernon, Hugh de Venables, John de Arden, William de Brerton, William Gerard, William de Praers, Richard de Fonleshurst, John de Legh and others.
