Indenture tripartite between William Bothe, William Bulkeley, Elizabeth, late wife of Charles Ardern, and John Ardern, son of Elizabeth and Charles, recording the division between them of the moss, turbary and common pasture in Timperley, Cheshire, for which they appointed Richard Alen, Thomas Oldom, Thomas Alook, Geoffrey Janson, William Janny, and John Parker.
Witnesses: Hammet Ashley, esquire, George Ashley, John Swynarton, Richard Chatherton, John Chatherton, Nicholas Parker, Edward Walker and others.
Endorsed: "Divisio mosseti de Tymp[er]ley". 2 out of 3 seals.
