Indenture tripartite between Edward ap Hugh ap Robert of Llanbedr, Caernarfonshire, gentleman, and Hugh Williams of Penfro, Caernarfonshire, his son and heir, on the first part, Sir Richard Bulkeley of Beaumaris, Anglesey, on the second part, and Thomas Bulkeley, of Beaumaris, esquire, son of Richard Bulkeley, on the third part. Edward ap Hugh and Hugh William shall appear before the justice of the king in the next Great Session for the county of Caernarfon, and make fine to be levied from a mansion house with barn, stable, orchard and garden, closes, lands, tenements and hereditaments, with appurtenances, rents, services and reversions, 12 messuages, 8 cottages, 12 tofts, 12 gardens, 100 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 60 acres pasture, 4 acres of wood and 40 acres of heath with appurtenances in Llanbedr and Gronant, Caernarfonshire; Richard and Thomas Bulkeley will buy the properties (except one close of land in Llanbedr and the yearly revenue of 6d.).
